Shipping & Delivery

We can deliver your goods worldwide however if you live outside of Ireland please contact the store or email us for a quote to ship the goods as this is currently not available to be handled automatically by the online store. If you ordering online from anywhere in Ireland the rates of shipping are provided at time of checkout.

Returns & Replacements

On occasions when there is a genuine fault with an item customers must first notify us via email or telephone of the problem. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE FIRST CONTACTED US, no complaints of damaged goods or short shipment can be processed after this time.  Any issue with deliveries must be reported to Kavanagh Toys within 5 Days of delivery of goods, no complaints of damaged goods or short shipment can be processed after this time. If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund after making contact with Kavanagh Toys, the item should be sent back to us in its original packaging with all labels attached. The item must be in a new condition (i.e. unused and unmarked within 14 days of the order date.

Customers are responsible for any costs incurred while returning items to us, items which are not returned in the condition which they were despatched will not be accepted for a refund. Original posting costs are non-refundable.

Goods listed in our special offer section are non-refundable but may be exchanged. Goods returned are subject to a minimum restocking charge of €3.50, all returns must be accompanied by receipt of purchase.

If a replacement item is not in stock we will email customers to advise when a replacement will be available.

Do not return items before making contact with us first.  Costs incurred in returning the item and the original posting costs are not refundable.
